This review is a bit overdue, but one year in I am still very happy with my Anlin windows and patio slider! The entire process was smooth, start to finish. I spoke with several companies before settling with Window and Door. Not only did the price blow some competition out of the water, but Craig and Kris were super nice and easy to work with. I am still impressed that Kris installed all my windows and the patio door by himself! The house temps are definitely more stable since the windows were replaced, and I get regular compliments on how nice they look.

W&D did a fantastic job on patio glass door and window replacements in my condo in SCW! Craig was great to work with and alway accommodating, Kris came out to the home as well before moving forward to review details of trim selection, etc., per my request. I'd received quotes from multiple other window services and happy I selected W&D. Price was very reasonable, and when after install one of my doors had a slight noise, Kris came back out to evaluate, and then had local Anlin manufacturer tech come out to replace a roller, problem fixed!

Truly great experience all the way through, from start to finish! Craig was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was so kind. George did an exceptional job installing the window, which had to be custom fit and finagled around tight corners! Great pricing, excellent service and quality workmanship, I couldn't ask for better!

Once I had signed with them, Kris was quick to reach out and schedule the final measurements, providing an ETA on the sliding door (also 12 weeks quicker then other companies I had got quotes from). All in all, great pricing, great communication, and a great install. Did not catch the installers name but he was in and out within 4 hours, took his time setting up to protect the interior flooring and exterior stucco. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Analin, the windows they sale, is a excellent product and Craig was a no high pressure salesman, very nice experience. House is much quieter, windows keep out outside noise and air conditioning doesnt seem to run as much. Installation was good but they had one very good installer and one inexperienced that did some below par work and had to be corrected, but they did make it right, so overall Very good experience.

I cant say enough good things about this company. They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldnt get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didnt give up and tried one last company. Theyre extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo with new fiberglass ones and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

We've hired Discount Window & Door three times and each time they've done excellent work. They replaced an original 1940s side entry door and it looks like the original. They really respected the original detail in the replacement. They also repaired our original front door for smoother operation. And they installed a side door on our garage that works well and looks great. We'd definitely hire Discount Window & Door again.

After contacting Craig (owner) on the weekend, he was able to quickly schedule the consult to measure and come up with a quote. Kris (installer) came for a second measure to ensure all measurements were accurate. The windows took about 8 weeks to be made and arrive from CA. Upon arrival, Kris and I were able to quickly schedule an installation date. Kris and Paul (installer) were amazing to work with day of installation. Incredibly professional and quick! After 2 weeks with the new windows installed Im seeing a marked difference not only in temperature but also in sound buffering. Overall, I would highly recommend Vision Window & Door!

First let me say that I have absolutely no vested interest in this company and we have received no incentive of any kind (except quality service and a great price) to post a review for them. Yesterday we had our sliding glass door replaced by Vision Windows & Doors. The process began with Dave, the regional manager, coming to our home to measure, explain the product choices, and give us an estimate. After doing a little research on their door manufacturer (Anlin Window Systems) we found that their product is highly regarded, made in the U.S.A., and comparable (if not better) than the products offered by the "premium" window replacement companies. We were offered a VERY competitive price and were told that Vision would do a complete job in the installation of our new door, removal of the old "builder quality" door, and total clean up. We agreed, and gave them a deposit for the work. A few days later their installer, Kris arrived to take exact measurements for the replacement door.
After waiting just 3 weeks for the manufacture of the door Dave called to set up an installation appointment. Within a week Kris arrived and got to work. I must mention that he was very conscious of social distancing and was wearing a mask upon arrival. He was punctual, proficient, and extremely detail oriented. Working alone he completed the install in a few hours. Based on his measurements the new door fit so well that aside from the requisite bead of caulking around the edges there was absolutely no touch-up required to either our interior or exterior walls.
So- there were absolutely zero negatives using Vision for this project. They are personable, professional, and customer oriented. Their product is amazing- superior quality at a great price. We have already noticed a difference in the amount of heat radiating through the door (far less!) and the noise insulation is amazing as well. And the locking system, one of the primary factors that made us look for a replacement door, is superb. If you want to spend $10K on a replacement patio door then by all means go ahead and call Andersen or Pella. If you want quality work and a great product for a fraction of the cost then call Vision. You'll be glad you did.

From the start, Craig thought out of the box and came up with a way to change my old dark aluminum windows into high quality vinyl windows that met my HOA's requirement for all windows to look the same on the outside. I didn't think that was going to be possible because no other company gave me an option other than aluminum windows as a possibility. And my window are all white on the inside! My townhouse looks bigger and softer and beautiful. They did great work in a minimal amount of time and my townhouse is totally transformed. The windows are beautiful.
